A local cuisine cooked with love, made from the freshest ingredients of our garden.
Operation of Our Table d’Hôtes for Residents:
Traditional breakfast, included in the price of our rooms, is served every morning from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Lunch is served from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM (by order placed before 11:00 AM).
Dinner is served from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM (by order placed before 5:00 PM).
We are a table d’hôtes, offering traditional Moroccan cuisine prepared to order. The concept of the Table d’Hôtes is that a single menu is shared by all our guests. Naturally, the menus change daily and for each meal.
This is homemade cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients, requiring time for preparation. Kaoutar and Fatima, our chefs, are here to delight your taste buds.

Our Meal Options:
- Starter, Main Course, Dessert (excluding drinks): 250 MAD per meal per person.
- Starter, Main Course: 190 MAD per person.
- Main Course, Dessert: 190 MAD per person.
Light Lunch Option
Fresh Salad: 120 MAD per person.
Afternoon Snack (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
Goûter Beldi: 120 MAD per person.
Lunch Option for Non-Residents
(12:30 PM – 5:30 PM) – 320 MAD per person
- Welcome tea.
- Homemade olive oil tasting with warm bread baked in a traditional oven.
- Complete meal (traditional Moroccan cuisine) including hot & cold salads, main course, and dessert.
- Access to terraces, gardens, pergola, and Berber tent.

- Reservations required 24 hours in advance with payment at booking.
- The upper area (pool & rooms) is exclusively reserved for residents.
- Pool option available for an additional 170 MAD (subject to availability).
